About Nikola

Nikola is a Partner at HR Legal and a skilled Workplace Relations and Safety Lawyer providing strategic advice and solutions in response to her clients’ workplace relations needs.

Nikola was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in early 2016 and also holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources.

Prior to joining HR Legal, Nikola gained a wealth of experience working for an employer association and in commercial law firms assisting employers in various industries including the retail, timber, hardware, hair and beauty industries on a range of employment law matters.

Nikola also sits on a number of Boards and advisory committees, providing her with further insight into the challenges that employers and organisations can face when dealing with the complexity of employment law.

Nikola is also a strong advocate, and regularly appears in matters on behalf of clients before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and various other Courts and Tribunals.
