We are excited to announce that Nikola Prestia has been promoted to Senior Associate. This is a significant milestone in Nikola’s legal career and a testament to her legal abilities and commitment to clients.
Nikola joined HR Legal as a lawyer in 2018 and since then has worked with many of our clients to strategically manage their workplace relations issues.
Nikola has developed strong, embedded relationships with her clients and is passionate about providing pro-active and strategic advice and assistance to mitigate risks before they arise. Nikola keeps her clients abreast on a range of employment issues and legal developments in the workplace relations space through delivery of bespoke training sessions for clients covering issues such as bullying, harassment and discrimination. She also regularly represents clients in the Fair Work Commission as well as undertaking complex workplace investigations and compliance audits.
