HR Legal is Thrilled to Announce Two Promotions, Effective 1 July 2025!

In January 2025, we celebrated several significant promotions within our team, including Emily Durack to Senior Associate, Jenny McPherson and Eliza Millen to Associate, and Alex Bennett to Business Development Manager. We were also thrilled to relocate to our new offices on River Street in South Yarra, marking an exciting new chapter for HR Legal.

Following a dynamic and productive start to the year, we are pleased to announce two further promotions, effective 1 July 2025. At HR Legal, we are committed to recognising and rewarding the achievements of our talented team members, and we look forward to their continued growth and success with us.

Since joining HR Legal in 2023, Caitlin has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to client service and exceptional work ethic. Caitlin is known for her ability to build strong connections with her clients and her diligent approach to legal practice, ensuring her advice is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Over the past year, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise across a range of employment law matters, including playing a key role in navigating complex bargaining matters and her significant contributions to major litigation matters, demonstrating both technical capability and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

We are confident that Caitlin will continue to excel in this role, and we congratulate her on achieving this significant milestone in her career.

Since joining our team in August 2024, Madeleine has gone from strength to strength within our team. Madeleine’s expertise spans a wide range of workplace relations matters, including FWC dispute work, drafting employment contracts, and advising on redundancy and termination of employment. Her efficient, focused approach and dedication to building cooperative client relationships have consistently delivered excellent results. Beyond legal practice, Madeleine is also thoroughly involved in the social aspects of the firm and plays an active role on our Team Engagement Committee, which promotes wellbeing and team building activities for our firm.
