Fleur Calvert and Nikola Prestia promoted to Associate

We are excited to announce that Fleur Calvert and Nikola Prestia were promoted to Associate effective 1 January 2019, in recognition of their expertise and commitment to assisting our clients to achieve practical solutions. Both Fleur and Nikola are valued members of the HR Legal team and we are delighted to see them both succeed and be recognised for such efforts.

Fleur joined the HR Legal team in November 2016 and has since become a reliable and diligent team member, working with clients across a broad range of industries including mining, hospitality and aged care. Fleur has provided support to our clients in a variety of capacities including conducting workplace investigations, preparing enterprise agreements and providing advice on complex compliance issues.

Fleur’s mature, professional and measured approach instils confidence in our clients, who trust her to provide practical and commercial solutions to their workplace relations issues.

The firm is also delighted to promote Nikola to Associate. Nikola’s promotion comes just 5 months after joining HR Legal in August 2018. Since joining the firm, Nikola has quickly built strong relationships with clients in several sectors including local government, retail and professional services, and is respected for both her broad expertise in workplace relations law and her pragmatic approach to employment-related challenges.

Both clients and colleagues trust Nikola’s proficiency and professionalism – making her a valued member of the HR Legal team.
