What’s in store for the next ten?

As we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of HR Legal this week, we have reflected not only on the rewarding relationships we have cultivated and the fantastic team we have established, but also what the next 10 years will entail.

This includes consideration of what developments in the law may be in store, together with universal trends and innovations which will undoubtedly shape our area of practice, the workplace landscape for our clients and the way in which we deliver support to our clients.

While there will certainly be many changes and developments, our principal focus will remain our team and our clients.

We will continue to develop innovative strategies to address the ever-changing employment and safety law landscapes, to act as true business partners to our clients, and to ensure that their commercial objectives are met while managing legal risk.

We will continue to foster an optimal organisational culture that encourages flexible work, facilitates work-life integration, and promote collaborative and collegiate work within our team.

Our optimistic outlook follows 10 fantastic years of practice, for which we have our valued clients and trusted team to thank. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
