How well does your organisation understand neuroinclusion and support its neurodivergent team members?
In this 30-minute webinar, Georgie Chapman (Partner, HR Legal) and Liani Baylis (Managing Director and Principal Consultant, The Spiky Bureau) will explore the legal, safety and practical dimensions of supporting neurodivergent employees.
Liani will provide a practical overview of what neurodivergence is and how it may present in the workplace, and drawing on her experience advising employers, Georgie will examine how obligations under anti-discrimination and workplace health and safety laws intersect with neurodivergence.
The webinar will step through some real-world scenarios, such as performance management processes, where earlier support and intervention may have led to better outcomes, and outline how psychosocial risks such as unclear expectations, communication challenges and workplace pressures can be amplified for neurodivergent employees.
