In an era where adopting a proactive approach workplace to mental health has become increasingly paramount, organisations are recognising the critical need to adopt trauma-informed approaches to support their workforce. With research by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (2022) indicating that 75% of Australian adults have experienced at least one traumatic event, the implementation of trauma-informed leadership practices has become not just beneficial, but essential for modern workplace wellbeing.
In response to these escalating demands, we invite you to join Transitioning Well and HR Legal for an exclusive, invitation-only roundtable designed specifically for executive leaders seeking to future-proof their organisations and cultivate psychologically safe, high-performing workplaces.
