We recommend that this workshop be provided to groups with a mix of staff and management to demonstrate that the expected standards of behaviour apply to everyone. We recommend conducting this training with approximately 25 people per group.
HR Legal can deliver this training directly to groups of staff.
Alternatively, we can deliver a “train-the-trainer” version of this course, in which we train your HR team in how to deliver the course for all staff. This model includes the tailored presentation with delivery notes, as well as a workshop on delivering the case studies and answering anticipated questions. When delivered in a “train-the-trainer” style, this course can accommodate up to 15 people per session and runs for approximately 3.5 hours.
