- What is meant by unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying, including providing examples of inappropriate behaviour
- When and where appropriate workplace behaviours applies
- How complaints should be dealt with in accordance with your organisation’s policies
- How to prevent issues arising.

Training Delivery
The training course is tailored to your organisations relevant policies to ensure these are communicated and understood by staff. We use case studies to encourage staff to consider and discuss how the expected standards of behaviour apply in practical scenarios.
We recommend that this workshop be provided to groups with a mix of staff and management to demonstrate that the expected standards of behaviour apply to everyone. We recommend conducting this training with approximately 25 people per group.
Delivery Options
HR Legal can deliver this training directly to groups of staff.
Alternatively, we can deliver a “train-the-trainer” version of this course, in which we train your HR team in how to deliver the course for all staff. This model includes the tailored presentation with delivery notes, as well as a workshop on delivering the case studies and answering anticipated questions. When delivered in a “train-the-trainer” style, this course can accommodate up to 15 people per session and runs for approximately 3.5 hours.
