About Nathaniel
Nathaniel is a Workplace Relations and Safety Lawyer assisting the HR Legal team in providing clear and actionable advice to employers.
Admitted in 2019, Nathaniel works with the other lawyers in the team to assist clients navigate through complexities and challenging situations that arise in the workplace by providing innovative and legally compliant solutions.

Nathaniel has assisted with a range of different matters, including, enterprise bargaining, representation in the Fair Work Commission, responding to general protections and unfair dismissal claims, assisting with restructuring, drafting of letters and deeds for performance management and termination of employment, and summaries of recent cases that effect our clients’ processes, policies and procedures.
Nathaniel is passionate about industrial relations and has a particular interest in enterprise bargaining.
Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys being outdoors and is particularly fond of skiing and playing soccer.
