About Emily
Emily is a Workplace Relations and Safety Lawyer assisting the HR Legal team in providing practical and timely advice to employers. Admitted in 2016 in Western Australia, Emily conducts research and works with the other lawyers in the team to provide legally compliant solutions to clients’ needs.

Emily has assisted with a range of different matters, including complex workplace investigations, enterprise bargaining negotiations, representation in the Fair Work Commission, responding to unfair dismissal and general protections claims, drafting letters and deeds for performance management and termination of employment, and assisting with drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures.
Emily has a particular interest in conducting workplace investigations and in advocacy, regularly appearing in matters on behalf of clients in the Fair Work Commission.
