About Emily
Emily is a Workplace Relations and Safety Lawyer assisting the HR Legal team in providing practical and timely advice to employers. Admitted in 2016 in Western Australia, Emily conducts research and works with the other lawyers in the team to provide legally compliant solutions to clients’ needs.

Emily has assisted with a range of different matters, completing research and analysis on recently negotiated enterprise agreements in various industries, drafting employment contracts and policy manuals, drafting of letters and deeds for performance management, responding to unfair dismissal claims and drafting summaries of recent cases and legislative changes that effect our clients’ processes, policies and procedures.
Efficient and focused, Emily believes that forming cooperative relationships with clients helps to achieve the best outcomes and results.
Outside of work, Emily studies Spanish and loves to travel.
