About Caitlin
Prior to joining HR Legal in 2023, Caitlin gained a wealth of legal experience in the workplace relations team of a Queensland government department advising clients in the public sector.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys being outdoors and particularly likes camping, indoor rock-climbing and bouldering. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie and loves exploring the wealth of restaurants and cafes that Melbourne has to offer.

She strongly believes in the value of using empathy in legal practice which helps to foster trust and understanding – enabling Caitlin to tailor our support to the specific needs of clients.
While Caitlin has a passion for all areas of employment law, she particularly enjoys assisting clients in navigating litigation in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts.
Caitlin’s experience includes assisting with:

- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies to ensure compliance with legislation and industrial instruments;
- advice regarding award and enterprise agreement interpretation and coverage;
- disciplinary and performance management matters;
- restructuring and redundancy processes;
- restraint of trade matters; and
- workplace investigations.
