After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Global Studies, Caitlin began her legal career in the commercial in-house sector, where she gained experience advising on disputes, litigation and a range of commercial legal matters. This background has given her a strong appreciation of the practical challenges faced by employers and the importance of providing commercially focused, solutions-oriented advice.
