- Planning and executing an investigation – key legal and procedural considerations
- Developing investigation strategies and investigation plans
- Planning and conducting effective witness interviews
- Advanced interviewing techniques, including behavioural analysis, credibility assessment and identifying potential deception indicators
- Gathering and evaluating evidence
- Drafting witness statements and investigation records
- Conducting workplace investigations through a psyshcosocial lens, including managing psychological risk, minimising harm to participants, and supporting procedural fairness through the process
- Practical investigation exercises and case studies
Interactive Practical Workshop:
Participants will take part in realistic investigation scenarios, prepare witness statements, and receive practical guidance from experienced investigators and employment lawyers.
