Workplace investigations are among the most complex and high-risk tasks undertaken by HR professionals, managers and workplace leaders. A poorly conducted investigation can expose organisations to legal claims, reputational damage and significant workplace disruption.

Join us for this intensive, practical full-day in-person training program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, techniques and confidence to conduct lawful, defensible and procedurally fair workplace investigations.

  • Gathering and evaluating evidence
  • Drafting witness statements and investigation records
  • Conducting workplace investigations through a psyshcosocial lens, including managing psychological risk, minimising harm to participants, and supporting procedural fairness through the process
  • Practical investigation exercises and case studies

Interactive Practical Workshop:

Participants will take part in realistic investigation scenarios, prepare witness statements, and receive practical guidance from experienced investigators and employment lawyers.
