Workplace Relations Lawyers – 3 to 5 Years’ Post Admission Experience (Associate or Senior Associate Level)
We are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate lawyer to join our growing team.
The ideal recruits will have 3 to 5 years’ workplace relations experience at a law firm, in the Fair Work Commission or Fair Work Ombudsman, at an industry association, or other in-house experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Employment law compliance including familiarity with legislation, award compliance and preparing employment contracts and policies
- Employment disputes including unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment and wage underpayments
- Industrial relations including enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
- Workplace health and safety
- Conducting workplace investigations

This is a permanent full time position with potential for part time hours. This position is based at our brand new offices in South Yarra.
