Workplace Relations Lawyer – 5+ Years Post Admission Experience (Senior Associate Level)
We are looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to join our growing team.
You will have significant experience advising employers on all areas of employment law, workplace safety and industrial relations, gained in firms or in-house, or alternatively at the Fair Work Commission or Fair Work Ombudsman.
The ideal recruit will have significant experience in the following areas:
- Employment law compliance including familiarity with legislation, award compliance and preparing employment contracts and policies
- Employment disputes including unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment and wage underpayments
- Industrial relations including enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
- Workplace health and safety
- Conducting workplace investigations
As a senior lawyer in the team, you will handle matters confidentially, mentor more junior lawyers in the team and may have ambitions for future partnership.
