About Georgina
Georgina is a Workplace Relations and Safety lawyer assisting the team to provide accurate and timely advice to employers.
Prior to joining HR Legal as a lawyer in 2024, Georgina gained experience in private commercial practice working in employment & safety law, as well as administrative law, dispute resolution & litigation, general commercial law, and government contracting & procurement. She has experience with private and public sector clients as well as small and large scale companies, government departments and agencies. Georgina was admitted to practise in 2023.

Georgina assists with a range of different matters, including preparing policy manuals, letters and deeds, reviewing employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, conducting workplace investigations, assisting employers to manage the employment termination process, and employment related claims in the Fair Work Commission.
