Since the Federal election in May 2022, the Labor Government has passed broad sweeping industrial relations legislation, representing the most significant amendments to the Fair Work Act since it was introduced in 2009. With many of the changes being introduced in stages, it is important for employers to keep up to date with current and upcoming changes which may impact their organisation or business.
